Terms and Conditions – “Zoo Parents Christmas Draw 2025: Win a family ticket to Taronga Zoo”

  1. Promoter
     The promoter of this competition is Taronga Conservation Society Australia, 41 733 619 876, kate.ashley-wilson(at)taronga.org.au)
  2. Eligibility
    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
    • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. Competition Period
    • The competition opens on12:00am (AEST) on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 15 December 2025 (“Competition Period”).
    • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  4. How to Enter
    • To enter, participants must purchase a Zoo Parent adoption pack valued at $60 or more during the Competition Period.
    • Each eligible purchase constitutes one entry.
    • Entrants must provide valid contact details at the time of purchase to be eligible.
  5. Prize
    • The prize is a family ticket to Taronga Zoo, Sydney for 2 adults and 2 children, valued up to $277.
    • The prize is subject to Taronga Zoo’s booking conditions and availability.
    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  6. Draw
    • The draw will take place at Taronga Zoo's offices, Bradleys Head Rd, Mosman NSW 2088 on 16 December 2025 at 2:00pm (AEST).
    • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
  7. Winner Notification
    • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  8. Use of Personal Information
    • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition and contacting the winner, unless the entrant has opted in for marketing communications.
    • All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  9. General
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
    • This promotion is a trade promotion lottery. Permits are not required in NSW, ACT, or QLD as the prize pool is under the relevant thresholds.
